Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the aku999 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below.

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the aku999 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). aku999 is an online casino and sports betting service operated for the benefit of adult players in Bangladesh. 1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be closed without notice, and any balance will be returned to the original funding source after verification.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one aku999 account only. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. aku999 uses technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to that individual will be closed, all pending bonus balances will be forfeited, and any withdrawals processed from duplicate accounts may be reversed pending investigation.

1.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and keep that information up to date. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and registered mobile number. aku999 may request supporting documentation to verify any information provided. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

1.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party. aku999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify aku999 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aku999 accepts deposits via the following payment channels in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

  • bKash mobile financial service
  • Nagad mobile financial service
  • Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking)
  • Upay mobile wallet
  • Bank transfer via City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank

Third-party deposits — where the funding account is not registered in your name — are not permitted. Any third-party deposit identified by our payment team will be returned and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

2.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit is ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. aku999 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time in line with payment provider guidelines or internal risk controls. Members requiring increased limits may contact support with supporting identification documents.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. Standard processing time is under ten minutes for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. Before your first withdrawal is processed, aku999 will complete an identity verification check. You will be required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID and confirmation of your registered mobile number.

2.4 Withdrawal Conditions

A minimum of one completed deposit and one settled wager are required before a withdrawal request will be processed. Where a bonus has been accepted, the full wagering requirement attached to that bonus must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. aku999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing any withdrawal where the transaction triggers our internal risk or anti-money-laundering controls.

3. Bonuses and Promotions

aku999 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL season. Each individual promotion is governed by its own specific terms displayed at the point of opt-in. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

General Bonus Rules

  • All bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
  • Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager an amount equal to 30 times the bonus before withdrawing).
  • Only wagers placed on qualifying games contribute to wagering requirements. Contributions by game type are listed on the promotions page for each offer.
  • aku999 does not permit wagering on outcomes with odds below the minimum threshold stated on each promotion's terms page for the purpose of satisfying wagering requirements.
  • Bonuses are issued to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
  • aku999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring wagering already in progress under that promotion's terms.

Important: Accepting a bonus is entirely optional. If you prefer to deposit and withdraw without bonus restrictions, you may decline any bonus offer at the point of opt-in. Once a bonus has been credited to your account and you have placed a wager using those funds, the associated wagering requirement becomes active and cannot be removed.

4. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

aku999 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban.

  1. Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live tables or in any competitive game format to influence outcomes in a way that disadvantages other participants or the house.
  2. Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing funds to another player's account to transfer balances in a manner that circumvents withdrawal processes.
  3. Software Exploitation: Using any automated software, bot, script, or third-party tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
  4. Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets in a systematic pattern designed to exploit bonus offers or odds discrepancies across accounts in a way that guarantees a risk-free profit.
  5. Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or reversal with a payment provider for a transaction that was legitimately processed by aku999.
  6. Identity Misrepresentation: Using another person's identity, documents, or payment method to open or operate an aku999 account.
  7. Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. aku999 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.

Where aku999 identifies prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to void all wagers placed during the relevant period, withhold the associated winnings, and refer the matter to the relevant authorities where the conduct may constitute a criminal offence.

5. Responsible Gaming Obligations

aku999 takes the welfare of its members seriously. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity. It carries financial risk, and for a small proportion of players it can become problematic. aku999 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that every member can access at no cost through their account settings or by contacting support.

5.1 Deposit Limits

Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

5.2 Session Time Reminders

Members may configure session time reminders that generate an on-screen alert after a specified period of continuous play. These alerts do not force a session to end but are designed to prompt a moment of reflection.

5.3 Self-Exclusion

Any member who feels that gambling is negatively affecting their life may request self-exclusion by contacting the aku999 support team. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, one year, or permanent exclusion are available. During self-exclusion, the member's account is suspended and no deposits or wagers can be placed. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. Members who self-exclude should not attempt to re-register under a different identity; doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the aku999 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of aku999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of aku999. Scraping, harvesting, or systematically extracting data from the Platform by any means is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The aku999 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform operates without interruption, we do not warrant that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect access to the Platform; aku999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

aku999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Telecommunications or internet service failures affecting your connection to the Platform
  • Disruptions to payment provider services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking partners)
  • Force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, or civil unrest
  • Malicious third-party attacks on Platform infrastructure
  • Errors in game software introduced by the game provider, not by aku999

In all cases, aku999's aggregate liability to any individual member for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member to their aku999 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of the aku999 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains in detail what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your data rights. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

In summary, aku999 collects and processes personal data — including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Account Closure and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your aku999 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal verification process. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has already been met.

9.2 Closure by aku999

aku999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a member has breached these Terms, provided false registration information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other members. In cases of confirmed fraud or criminal activity, real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and referral to appropriate authorities.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. aku999 will send a notification to the registered email or mobile number before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month to any remaining real-money balance. Members may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing an identity verification refresh.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. aku999 operates a transparent dispute resolution process: in the first instance, members are encouraged to raise any complaint directly with our support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and aim to resolve it within five business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team, the matter will be escalated to our internal compliance team for independent review. aku999 will provide a final written response to all unresolved complaints within 28 days of the initial notification.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and aku999 in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, arrangements, and agreements relating to the same subject matter.
